1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at help@vistante.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.

• Gift cards.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.

• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

• Vistorinni is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be canceled as processing has begun.
